Please note that every item of Merchandise you buy through our shop helps us to fund the further development and launch of Imperial Twing.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Please choose items carefully as we can only refund or replace items which are lost or damaged.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We can only refund or replace items which have been damaged or lost during manufacture or delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
